Architect

Shortly after Gomez founded Beilinson_Gomez Architects P.A. in 1972, he gained esteemed recognition in the Architecture and Historic Preservation. In 1987, Gomez joined and later assumed leadership in 2013, continuing the firm’s legacy of excellence and innovation.

Gomez excels in commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, and historic preservation projects, earning numerous design awards. Their work balances creativity with local context, culture, sustainability, and advanced building technology.

Gomez founder and principal, oversees all projects, drawing on over 40 years of architectural experience, including collaborations with internationally renowned firms like OMA, Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, BIG, and Esrawe.

Mr. Gomez holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute (1987) and is a registered architect in Florida (1995) with an NCARB Certificate (1996). He is affiliated with the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, the Bal Harbor Architectural Review Board, the MiMo Biscayne Association, and the Knights of Columbus.
